I was at the FBN Impact Leaders Retreat in Milan, on 3rd and 4th of April. The retreat brought together visionary family business leaders and impact-driven investors from around the world to reflect on how family enterprises can shape a better future.
As a speaker in the Polycapital for Systemic Change workshop, moderated by Dr. Falko Paetzold, I shared Light Eagle AG’s long-term vision for enabling systemic change through responsible business, investments, philanthropy and advocacy along with Maria Kloosterman (The Good Investors) and Carlos Trecenti (Lwart Soluções Ambientais & VitalForce)
During the session participants explored how family businesses can evolve into powerful agents of lasting, positive transformation by effectively using the force of polycapital: economic, social, career and political capital.
A big thank you to FBN and AIDAF for hosting such an inspiring retreat — and to all the peers and participants who contributed their energy, openness, and wisdom to the dialogue.
