On 2nd of June, we traveled to Munich to join the Toniic community — a global network of impact investors committed to mobilizing capital for a better world. What we experienced over those days was more than a gathering. It was a multi-layered immersion into systems thinking, regenerative leadership, and shared purpose.
Toniic Regional Gathering: Mapping Impact Together
On June 3rd, Onur joined the Toniic Regional Gathering, reconnecting with a global community of progressive investors and changemakers. The agenda was both rich and expansive, offering a space to engage deeply with emerging ideas and time-tested insights in the impact space.
A highlight of the day was the session on
“Systems Change Work in Regenerative Agriculture & Food,”
where participants explored the systems mapping tool — applied specifically to the food system, one of Light Eagle’s core focus areas.

This gathering reminded us that the global movement for regenerative, inclusive economies is alive and growing — and that we each have a role to play in shaping the narrative.
A Deep Dive with the T100% Network
The following day, Onur joined the T100% Gathering — a more intimate, invitation-only space designed for those “ready for the deep end of the pool.”
Held in the personal setting of Toni’s home, the day created space for inner alignment, courageous sharing, and community-based reflection. As part of the program, Onur facilitated a session titled:
“Inner Alignment for Outer Impact: A Ceremonial Journey of Reflection and Regeneration.”
The session invited participants into a purpose-driven container for deep listening, inquiry, and collective insight — exploring how we might align our personal truths with the systemic change we’re trying to create.
“This day gently pushed me out of my comfort zone, inviting me to confront questions I often postpone, and sit with the discomfort of not having immediate answers. At times, I found myself challenged — not by confrontation, but by the quiet intensity of truth shared in the room, and by the inner work asked of each of us. And yet, being surrounded by leaders leaning in with open hearts and courageous honesty reminded me that transformation is not a solo path — it’s a shared journey, held by community.”

Joining the T100% Network
Following this transformative experience, Light Eagle officially joined the T100% Network — a dedicated sub-community within Toniic that resonates deeply with our mandate and values.

Moving Forward
From systems to soul, Munich offered us a glimpse of what’s possible when communities choose to align inner work with outer action. We return with new ideas, deeper connections, and a stronger commitment to regenerating the systems we touch — from food and finance to how we show up in community.
